Understanding Employer Needs

We listen to employer needs, and may calibrate the needs to ensure they are realistic and achievable.

It is important for employer to prioritise their needs based on what is most important to the least. This will enable our consultant to short-list the right domestic helper for your interview and selection.

Some typical employer needs are 1) taking care of elderly/ sickly, 2) taking care of children/toddler, 3) housekeeping, 4) cooking, 5) caring of pets (e.g. dogs, cats), 6) sending and fetching of children to/from school/ child care etc.

We have large database of domestic helpers that will be able to meet any employer needs.

This is also the time our consultant clarifies the contracts and fees payable for hiring of domestic helper.
